Striker Lee Dong-jun (26), who transferred to Jeonbuk Hyundai in the professional soccer K-League 1, will play with number 11, which symbolizes a wing striker this season.
On the 8th, Jeonbuk released the team number for the 2023 season.
Goalkeeper Cho Kyu-seong, who stayed in Jeonbuk instead of transferring overseas, maintained the original number 10. Newly joined defender Jeong Tae-wook received number 3, Dong-jun Lee received number 11, and 바카라midfielder Jun Amano received number 21 respectively.
The most eye-catching player is Lee Dong-jun. Lee Dong-jun, who played for K-League 1 Ulsan Hyundai, moved to German Bundesliga Hertha Berlin last year. He changed his uniform to Jeonbuk ahead of the 2023 season.
Lee Dong-jun said, “I personally have a lot of good memories wearing number 11. I will do my best to leave a lot of good memories for the fans this season.”
Most of the existing squads kept their original numbers, but Song Min-gyu (No. 17), Park Jin-seong (No. 22), and Kim Moon-hwan (No. 33) renewed their determination for the new season by changing their uniform numbers.
Jeong Min-ki, who will defend Jeonbuk’s goal this season, was given the number 13, and Kim Jeong-hoon was given the number 1.
Meanwhile, Jeonbuk, which is currently training in Spain, will return to Korea on the 16th to prepare for the opening of the K-League. On the 25th, Jeonbuk will have the opening game of this season against Ulsan, the ‘defending champion’ and Hyundai’s rival, at Munsu Stadium in Ulsan.
