In January of last year, sidearm Choi Ha-neul (Samsung), who changed uniforms with Lee Hak-joo (Lotte), reported his first win of the season.

Meanwhile, Samsung defeated Goyang 7-2. Following starter Choi Ha-neul, Park Se-woong, Jang Jae-hyuk, and Hong Jeong-woo collaborated to score no runs. Among the hitters, Song Jun-seok and Lee Tae-hoon stood out. Both scored 2 hits and 2 RBIs. 

Goyang starter Seung-Woo Joo suffered a loss with 4 hits, 5 walks, 3 strikeouts and 4 runs in 3 innings. Park Joo-hong hit a home run and Joo Seong-won achieved a multi-hit, but the team lost their light.
