Solid receiver. Has okay hands, but I never saw him make difficult grabs. Can catch balls downfield. Runs pretty good routes. Okay athlete, but good enough for TE. Effective blocker, especially on cuts. Solid effort as an in-line blocker. While he has a lot of starting experience, OU rotates tight ends a lot. Finley never was a workhorse receiver. He was always a complementary player. Caught 62 passes and 10 TDs in his career. Never had more than 5 catches in a game. Never had more than 80 yards in one game. Went to the Shrine Game, but got hurt.
